Thank You Card Journal – Day 15
Thank You Card #1
Today I was on a teleseminar held by Alex Mandossian. Alex has a business where he teaches people how to do great teleseminars. This was a 90 minute call and I was attentive for every minute. I am not sure if you have ever been on a teleseminar but I usually wander off and do a little multi-tasking while I am listening and I am quite sure many other people do too. Not on Alex’s call though, it was the most engaging and interesting call that I have ever been on.
Although it was a free call, it was very valuable indeed. I learned many very helpful tips to improve my teleseminars.
As usual, I couldn’t help having a look at iStock to see if there were any pictures in the bargain bin that I could use. This one came up in less than a minute of searching.
These little creatures look incredibly alert which I thought was very apt as this is one of Alex’s strong points when it come to teleseminars. He really knows how to keep people alert and get them interacting.
The fact that these little fellows have such tiny ears made it really easy for me to come up with the slogan.
Many times through out the call I found myself smiling, I would love to see Alex’s face when he opens this card. A thank you card is cool, but when someone gets one with their own name on it and a slogan that is specific to them, the effect is 10 x more powerful.
Thank You Card # 2
This card was to a guy by the name of Joe Nunziata. He authored a book titled Spiritual Selling. Joe is one of these guys that continually gives things of high value away in his email. He is one of those marketers who doesn’t flog their list to death until you get so sick of being pitched to, that you just hit the unsubscribe button.
Even though I have never even spoken to Joe, it was nice to send him a card to let him know that I appreciate his style of marketing.
