Thank You Card Journal – Day 11

Thank You Card #1

This card is to a customer of mine. Claude purchased a product off me back in the middle of this year. Over this time I have stayed in touch with him and recently he purchased another one of my products. He lives in Canada, yet another person that I have a business relationship with and I have never even meet.

This card that I sent him of the train chugging up the hill I thought was appropriate as he is about to embark on the journey of building a website. It takes a lot of study, work, and patience to build a website that becomes a profitable online business venture. This card signifies that slow and steady progress to the top of the hill. Many people go for the quick fix but I don’t believe in them. The best way is to work hard over a period of time.

Claude’s purchase was evidence of his commitment to working hard, so this was a card to thank, encourage, and congratulate him all at the same time.

Thank You Card #2

This once again is a person that I respect in the Internet marketing world, his name is Allan Gardyne. He is a fellow Aussie that lives on the Gold Coast. He is a very successful affiliate marketer. When I first decided to go into e-commerce, Allan’s material was some of the first I studied.

I continue to get his newsletter and it always has value.

For this card I choose the picture from iStock photos. I am not sure why, but I was attracted to this picture of the gherkin. I don’t know Allan but I am sure he will think it is a bit of a laugh, Aussie humor I guess.
