Business Christmas Cards can be a great way to show customers that you really appreciate their business. A personalized Christmas Card with a nice message of good wishes for the New Year will make customers feel appreciated and help strengthen customer relations.

It can be quite an ordeal for some businesses to get their Christmas Cards out as their customer base may be very large. Even if you get your Christmas Cards printed ahead of time, signing each one and putting the stamps on the envelopes can be a massive chore.

I use a greeting card system to create photo Christmas Cards that are perfect for business use. All I need to do is create one card and my system sends them out to every customer on my list.  I have my signature and handwriting preloaded in my system so that every single Christmas Card that I send out is personalized…it is a real time saver.

These are NOT email Christmas Cards, they are high quality cards that are printed, stuffed in envelopes, stamped and sent on demand!

Thank You Card Journal - Day 14

Thank You Card #1

This was such an easy card to write, it was to Gary Vaynerchuk of Wine Library T.V.  I listened to an interview that he did with a guy by the name of Rich Schefren. Gary is not a marketing teacher or anything like that but I learned more from his one hour call than I would usually learn from reading several books.

He is an incredibly passionate guy and is obviously loved in the wine world. If you like wine then I would suggest going and having a look for yourself.

I went straight to iStock to get a picture for this. My wife is from Canada and it seems ‘holy mackerel’ is a very popular expression. I rather like it and when I finished listening to Gary’s call that is how I felt.  So there was no bargain bin for this one, I went straight in and searched for mackerel, this picture was on page 2.

On the inside of this card I put “Fit more into a one hour call!”

Gary talks fast and free and the information just flows because he just loves what he does. I think enthusiasm like this is infectious and that is why I and half the world loved Steve Irwin so dearly. So few people live life with that level of passion.

Thank you Card #2

This was to my Tai Chi teacher in Sydney. He recently sent me some club shirts and so I wanted to send him and his wife a thank you card and wish them a Merry Christmas. This card I picked from the card catalog. It seemed to have a bit of a Christmas vibe to it, so it was a bit of a double thank you/Christmas card.

It is so incredibly easy for me to send these cards using the system that I use, literally takes me less than 5 minutes to send a heartfelt greeting card. It is amazing that I can browse from over 12, 000 professional quality greeting cards, write a message in my own handwriting, sign it, stuff it in an envelope, stamp it and have it sent in less than five minutes ( well at least my system does it for me). I challenge anyone to go down to the newsagent and be able able to do that in even half an hour. I love my card system.
